MEET THE TEAM

          Loren Hicks, also known as LOJO is a clothing designer and image consultant, with an extensive fashion background that ranges from fashion publications to modeling and styling for top photographers across the world. When working with clients, LOJO focuses on personal image and wardrobe revamping. Although influenced by the changing, specific needs of her clients, she constantly draws her inspiration from the mixture of current glamour trends and styles to creativity within. Born and raised in the Detroit area, LOJO is known for her keen eye of fashion and her love for making all her clients look good. She is the Author of a great book “25 Ways to Look good, Feel great and Turn heads.” Although LOJO holds a bachelors degree in Statistics, from Grand Valley State University, she has chosen to make fashion design her main focus in life. LOJO has had extensive training in sewing and designing, and although she’s young, her desire is to one day pass what she has learned to the next generation. Currently based out of Metro-Detroit, MI, LOJO has been busy working with her clients as well as her most recent project, Michigan Fashion Week. 

              LOJO, a 27 years old businesswoman, also has been awarded Crain’s “20 in their 20’s”. This is a very prominent award by Crain’s Detroit Business. “20 in their 20’s” is the recognition program celebrates the brightest and the best under 30 who may not have made their first million. However, their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit is contributing to a new energy in Southeast Michigan.

          Megan Ricica Kennedy, earned her master’s degree at Michigan State University where she studied Public Relations. Megan graduated in May 2014 from Michigan State University with a degree in Apparel and Textile Design with a Communications, Public Relations, and Advertising cognate. 

While attending Michigan State, Megan was involved with the Fashion Design Student Association, was co-chair of the Fashion Week Committee, and had designs in the annual Apparel and Textile Design Fashion Show for three consecutive years. In October of 2013, Megan was selected to attend Teen Vogue Fashion University.  This was a weekend internship opportunity at Teen Vogue in New York City. She attended seminars and sponsored events with top fashion industry professionals. Megan’s design work includes innovative garments that are modern and edgy. She gains inspiration from dark elements of everyday life. She believes that even the darkest moments can be transformed into something beautiful.

              While attending MSU during her master's degree, Megan received the Bonnie B. Reece Graduate Student Scholarship for Academic Achievement. She was also the 1st place winner of MSU's Advertising and PR Graduate Poster Session. During her studies, Megan excelled in event planning and promotion by working with Michigan Fashion Week as their PR Assistant, and also, was the Event Coordinator for JesCode, a fashion brand, at their fashion show located at Michigan State University's campus.

             Moving into the future, Megan hopes to utilize her eye for design, attention to detail, and love for event planning, as assets in the field of public relations.

           Tiffany Sims, a Detroit native, is a dynamic entrepreneur and Publicist with a passion for creating a positive reality for others.  She received her education from Oakland University (located in Rochester, MI) obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations. She has experience with different communication outlets; interning at Channel 955 with Mojo in the Morning, a public relations firm and Verizon Wireless in data sales. She has also worked with designers helping produce fashion shows, creating pr campaigns, sponsorships packages, obtaining sponsors, model casting calls, clothing line launches, radio and blog interviews, television appearances etc. Making her clients look good is her 1st priority and goal. Impeccable PR.
